1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email stating that your purchase has been confirmed.

 

2. What are your available delivery times?

Our delivery hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

You may select your delivery schedule upon check out.

 

3. What is the minimum order to avail free delivery? How much is the delivery fee?

As part of our Promo, we offer FREE DELIVERY for a minimum spend of PhP 600.00.

If you do not meet the minimum spend requirement, you will pay the following delivery charges:

  • Sto.Tomas : PhP 50.00
  • Tanauan City, Malvar and Lipa City: PhP 50.00

 

4. How will I know if delivery is on the way?

Our customer service representative will contact you before delivery.

 

5. What are your payment terms?

 We accept Cash on Delivery and Gcash payments

 

6. Can I Order through your social media pages?

 7. Where do you deliver?

We now deliver to City of Sto. Tomas, Tanauan City, Malvar and Lipa City, Batangas.

 

8. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the expected delivery date. To cancel, you may email info@gustobakeshop.com

Please expect a confirmation cancelling your order.
